What You’ll Do Craft the Experience: You’ll be the heart of the café and candy shop, whipping up gourmet coffee, serving delicious grill items, and hand-crafting fudge and candy that makes every customer's day a little sweeter. Master the Menu: From the deli line to the barista station, you’ll become an expert in our recipes and food safety, ensuring every treat is prepared to perfection and every guest enjoys a world-class dining environment. Lead by Example: You’ll help keep the shop running like clockwork by managing daily cleaning schedules, overseeing cash handling, and mentoring new team members to reach their full potential. Champion the Vibe: You’ll maintain an exceptionally clean, professional workspace while contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture that treats every coworker and customer with respect.

Requirements

• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
