About The Position

JOB SUMMARY The Store Manager oversees day to day operations of the OE Café. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day to day operations. Run register, maintain operation records, and open and close storefront. Help interview, hire, train, supervise, recognize, and evaluate the performance of team members. Train staff on all operations, product output, register system, promotional items, and customer service requirements. Provide excellent customer service. Interact and serve as a positive role model for all employees. Assist customers with inquiries and conflict resolution. Monitor and assist, as needed, in all phases of the production process. Assist with inventory management. Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly. Point of contact to Operations Manager. Other duties assigned by director. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted SKILLS/ABILITIES Operate small equipment. Read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and departmental software Have an overall knowledge of retail business practices. Have strong interpersonal, leadership, and team skills with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Have strong organizational skills Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must have high school diploma or GED 2-3 years of experience in retail and/or production Management experience preferred ServSafe certified preferred Salary Description 15.00/hour
