About The Position

We’re building our team!! Skyland Ranch is now open, and We Want You! Come be a founding team member of the newest attraction in the Smokies and be a part of building the foundation of the most fun place to work! Sevier County’s newest attraction includes a chair lift, the area’s longest mountain coaster, amphitheater, food, shopping, mini-animals and more! As a Café Service Associate, you will provide guests with assortments of baked goods, variety of coffees, drinks, and more! This is a fun and fast-paced position with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow with us. As a member of our team, you will create delicious treats while serving smiles and joy to our customers. You will also operate the easy-to-use cashier system to take food and beverage orders. If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and work in a dynamic environment, we want you!

Responsibilities

Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
Asks and answers questions to educate our guests on menu items and products available.
Prepares and sells hot and cold beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
Prepares and sells a variety of food items by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques using proper equipment when necessary.
Stocks and presents food and beverage items according to company standards.
Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
Uses Point of Sale to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately as directed.
Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
Practices service standards and current training throughout service.
