Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant, café, or foodservice management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Culinary or hospitality degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations focused on exceptional service and food quality
• Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Work with culinary and marketing teams to launch new menus and promotions
• Build positive relationships with clients, guests, and Morrison leadership
