About The Position

KitchFix is a chef-driven organization that seeks to provide best-in-class hospitality through quality food and unparalleled service. Our operations include contract dining for performance-focused operations in 8 states and a headquarters based in Chicago. We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential. KitchFix is a chef-driven food service company that partners with professional sports teams across the country. We don’t just serve food — we create an experience. Our hospitality is what separates us. Every interaction, every service, every detail in the dining room reflects who we are as an organization. We’re building out the team at the St. Louis Cardinals’ Player Development Complex at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter, FL. This is where the future of Cardinals baseball lives — and are looking for someone who can own the front-of-house experience when game nights run late. THE ROLE: The PM Cafe Attendant is the person who owns the dining room from 2:00 PM through close on home game nights. The morning FOH crew handles breakfast and lunch. You take over in the afternoon, manage the dining room through the post-batting practice mini meal, present the post-game meal, and close down the front of the house. Here’s the part that matters: after 8:00 PM, the Hospitality Manager has gone home. You’re the one representing KitchFix to the players, coaches, and training staff. It’s a two-person closing crew — you and the PM Cook — and you split everything between you, including dishes. You set the tone for how the room looks, how the food is presented, and how people feel when they walk in. This is a year-round, full-time position. During away weeks and the off-season, you’ll shift to morning schedules focused on restocking, inventory, deep cleaning, and FOH project work. Every season brings a different rhythm, and no two weeks feel the same.
