Responsibilities

Provide phenomenal service and ensure guest satisfaction for all members and guests
Greet guests, take orders, and prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous and accurate manner
Use a POS system to ring in orders and close out sales through cash, credit card, or member/guest accounts
Sustain a neat and clean work environment, bussing tables in the Café and pool area
Maintain food quality and freshness as they relate to our menu and health department guidelines
Communicate with management regarding food levels and inventory
Perform opening and/or closing duties
