Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Barista experience and knowledge of espresso drink preparation
- Experience supervising teams in event or convention settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
