Swingers – the crazy golf club is looking for a Caddie to join our team in Dupont Circle! We offer excellent benefits and compensation of $10.00 per hour plus tips . They are the interactive guides to and active participants in the guest experience on our Crazy Golf Courses. Caddies provide beverage service, participate in golf and experience-enhancing activities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos, policies, procedures and goals.
Requirements
- A knack for creating exciting and outstanding experiences for others, and passion for interacting with guests
- Minimum 6 months experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
- The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
- An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements.

- Provide beverage service
- Participate in golf and experience-enhancing activities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos, policies, procedures and goals.
