About The Position
CADDIE MASTER is engaging a 4-6 days/week and 2-4 days/week Golf Caddie in McKinney, TX. We are seeking Golf Caddies for TPC Craig Ranch, – located in McKinney, Texas a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Join our team as a Golf Caddie and be part of creating unforgettable moments for golfers. Our caddies have the opportunity to work at several exclusive Invited Dallas golf properties. TPC Craig Ranch, Gleneagles Country Club, Stonebriar Country Club, Stonebridge Ranch Country Club and Las Colinas Country Club are the Invited golf clubs that our caddies will be servicing. All of the clubs are located no more than 25 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. As a Golf Caddie, you will support us in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences at all five Invited Dallas properties, fostering camaraderie, and ensuring seamless course management. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work full days, including weekends, as needed. Depending on your availability, caddies can make $800+ per week. Requirements
- Have general golf knowledge, meaning you could play or prompt another golfer.
- Be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
- Be physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates may also be considered if they have previous experience in: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.
Responsibilities
- Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service
- Accompany Golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
- Provide course knowledge and information
- Assist golfers with decision-making
- Calculate yardage for golfers
- Locate errant shots
- Maintain the course
- Clean clubs and golf balls
