About The Position

Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a CADD Technician Intern in our Waterford, Wisconsin office. This position will support the firms water and transportation departments and assist with the planning and design of a variety of projects.

Requirements

• Ongoing pursuit of a 2-year or 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Available to start May 2026.
• Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodmans service area (own transportation).
• Work in a team environment.
• Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with producing and editing engineering plans using AutoCad and/or Revit.
• Assist with editing plan and profile drawings using Geopak and/or Civil 3D.
• Assist to prepare CAD plan sheet drawings.
• Assist project engineers and managers with a wide variety of tasks required during project delivery.
