About The Position

RIG Consulting, Inc. (RIG) is seeking a CAD Technician to support our client located in Pittsburgh, PA (Northshore) area. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency and ensuring compliance to applicable regulation and professional and industry standards related to boundary calculations, legal descriptions, etc. Performs deeds research, deed plotting and map checks. Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions, and alignments drawings. Provide technical office support. Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings. Ensure schedules and productivity objectives set up by supervisor for preparation of survey plats and drawings are achieved.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year related survey experience
Excellent computer and technical skills, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
Strong listening, writing and verbal skills.
Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

PennDOT experience a plus.
