KnitWell Group – 2026 Summer Internship Program CAD/Print & Pattern Intern - Talbots The Print & CAD intern will work with their manager and associates on developing industry CAD skills, greater understanding of the print production cycle, and professional soft skills. Internship Details Assist in creating and editing new print and pattern, re-work archived prints, alter and digitize vintage fabrics, and create seasonal colorways based on direction from manager. Assist Designers on print development by classifications to meet expectations and deadlines. Assist in preparation of artwork packages to go to vendors. Help with department organization such as file archiving. Maintain the layout and flat library. Participate in team and cross-functional meetings. Develop and increase understanding of Talbots customer. Internship Qualifications Authentic, curious, and passionate Enrolled in an accredited degree program Proficient with Microsoft office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Ability to think strategically, conceptually, and creatively Program Details The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project. The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr. This internship position will be based out of our Talbots Design office location in New York, NY. KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location. Requirements
