About The Position

The CAD Manager is responsible for maintaining all facility drawings, space data, and technical documentation in alignment with site and corporate standards. This role ensures all drawings, as-builts, and space records are accurate, current, and audit ready. The Manager supports MAC execution, occupancy planning, and engineering updates through controlled documentation processes. The role ensures compliance with CAD standards and integrates drawing updates into facility operations. This position is critical for maintaining data system integrity and supporting operational and planning decisions. Compensation: $109,990.40/YR The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program. Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in CAD, facilities documentation, or space planning
• Strong experience with CAD systems (AutoCAD required; BIM preferred)
• Experience managing as-built drawings and document control processes
• Experience working with CAFM/space management systems (REFSPACE preferred)
• Strong understanding of facility systems, layouts, and engineering documentation
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Experience in life sciences, corporate, or complex facility environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains all facility drawings, including CAD files, as-built drawings, and engineering documentation
• Ensures all drawings are updated following MAC activities, engineering work, and facility changes
• Manages document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and audit readiness
• Supports MAC Manager and Occupancy Planner by ensuring accurate space and layout documentation
• Maintains alignment between CAD systems, REFSPACE, and CMMS data where applicable
• Coordinates with engineering, workplace, and project teams to capture and update facility changes
• Ensures compliance with Novartis CAD standards and documentation requirements
• Supports audits by providing accurate, current, and controlled technical documentation
