About The Position

About the role This is a full-time position and on-site, hybrid or work from home is not an option. There may be some off-hours or weekends depending on the project schedule with no travel required. As a CBRE Global CAD, you will be responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for a large global technology company operating within a manufacturing environment. What you'll do Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Ensure all employees follow company rules, policies, procedures, and regulations while meeting established productivity targets. Implement, establish, and meet departmental and company goals to improve business outcomes. Prepare budgets and perform inventory control measures to ensure an accurate accounting for expenditures and resources. Establish and maintain quality and customer service standards, while ensuring workers do the same. Identify problem areas and work to implement solutions to effectively resolve them. Contribute to team efforts as needed to achieve desired results. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own subject area integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
