Brief Description: You’ll create detailed 2D and 3D models for components, assemblies, and production tooling, ensuring every design meets quality and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Drafting, Design Technology, or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAM software and CNC basics
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed CAD drawings for parts and assemblies
  • Maintain accurate BOMs and technical documentation
  • Convert engineering specs into manufacturable designs
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve design issues
  • Prepare CNC-ready files and assist with tooling design
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements
