Application of fundamental engineering and advanced CAD drafting skills required to formulate and prepare complex and detailed engineering drawings associated with the construction, modification and maintenance of projects and facilities. What You'll Do Perform day-to-day system administration for various system management tools used to manage enterprise environment. Deploy, provision, manage and support servers in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud). Lead departmental and cross-departmental projects related to the advancement and progression of the server environment. Work closely with other IT infrastructure departments, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the software and hardware. Monitor/maintain the health, performance, and stability of servers and services. Automate operational tasks using scripting languages. Perform advanced troubleshooting of servers experiencing performance issues. Maintain security of server infrastructure, both physical and virtual, through active patching and upgrades of software and firmware. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for IT services and develop contingency plans for continued operation of critical business applications in the event of significant adverse events. Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. Education A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Experience Position Level and Placement: This position may be filled at one of three levels outlined below, based on the candidates relevant education, experience, or a combination of both that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and competencies. Level I: Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant education, experience, or a combination of both. Level 2: Candidates with more than 3 years but less than 6 years of relevant education, experience, or a combination of both. Senior Level: Candidates with 6 or more years of relevant education, experience, or a combination of both.
