About The Position

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to work alongside Senior Designers and Engineers. This position will include the design and production of contract documents for various Water and Wastewater facilities projects. Requirements

CAD drafting design or completion of technical school with CAD design certificate
AutoCAD 2D skills
Autodesk Revit experience/skills
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience/skills (highly desired)

Responsibilities

Ability to prepare plan and profile design drawings for both pressure and gravity pipe networks
Ability to prepare site layouts, enlarged plans, sections, and details for various process mechanical and systems and civil site layouts
Help execute civil/site design elements including site layouts, grading, paving, yard piping, roadways, and stormwater systems
Executing redlines from Engineers and senior CAD Designers
Assist in Structural, HVAC, Electrical, I&C drawing development
Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards
Ambition to learn, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other designers
