We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated CAD/CAM Technician to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality dental restorations using the latest CAD/CAM tools and scanning technology!
Operate multiple 3D scanners to digitize dental models for CAD/CAM workflows
Review prescriptions and case materials with accuracy to ensure proper digital and physical workflow
Upload, organize, and maintain digital files for CAD/CAM design and production
Inspect models for defects and collaborate with the model room to resolve issues
Communicate with fellow technicians and team members regarding case needs, digital questions, or workflow issues
Maintain equipment and workstations, including scanners, CAD/CAM tools, and lab instruments
Follow production schedules and meet case deadlines to support overall lab efficiency
Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate unclear cases to ensure high-quality outcomes
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and processes
Assist with other duties and projects as needed in a fast-paced, team-based lab environment
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours depending on task)

CAD/CAM work experience and/or formal training in school
