About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated CAD/CAM Technician to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality dental restorations using the latest CAD/CAM tools and scanning technology!

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers
  • Reliable, consistent, and responsible work habits
  • Positive team attitude and cooperative nature
  • High integrity—handles confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours depending on task)
  • Excellent visual acuity for detailed, precise craftsmanship
  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motion—including grasping, pinching, and fine manipulation

Nice To Haves

  • CAD/CAM work experience and/or formal training in school
  • Dental or healthcare background a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple 3D scanners to digitize dental models for CAD/CAM workflows
  • Review prescriptions and case materials with accuracy to ensure proper digital and physical workflow
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital files for CAD/CAM design and production
  • Inspect models for defects and collaborate with the model room to resolve issues
  • Communicate with fellow technicians and team members regarding case needs, digital questions, or workflow issues
  • Maintain equipment and workstations, including scanners, CAD/CAM tools, and lab instruments
  • Follow production schedules and meet case deadlines to support overall lab efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate unclear cases to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and processes
  • Assist with other duties and projects as needed in a fast-paced, team-based lab environment
