About The Position
As a Cable/Wire Harness Assembler, you’ll build and inspect cable and wire harness assemblies following detailed instructions and IPC-620 quality standards. You’ll perform hand and semi-automatic assembly work, soldering, crimping, testing, and labeling.
Requirements
- Ability to read assembly instructions and wiring diagrams.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Able to distinguish wire colors and handle small parts.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test cable and wire harnesses per work instructions.
- Operate crimp presses, wire strippers, and related tools.
- Perform soldering, labeling, and visual inspections.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
