Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Vision Specialist to join our team. The Cabinet Vision Specialist will be responsible for designing and creating detailed drawings of custom cabinetry and millwork using Cabinet Vision software. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team and clients to create high-quality designs that meet their specific needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Vision Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Cabinet Vision software and the ability to create detailed 3D designs.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate material and cut lists.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, sales teams, and production teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Powder Coating process and equipment.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing / powder coating experience.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. when required.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Alphacam experience a plus.
  • Associate degree in Interior Design or similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create detailed drawings of custom cabinetry and millwork using Cabinet Vision software.
  • Work closely with clients and the sales team to ensure that designs meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Prepare accurate material and cut lists based on designs.
  • Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations.
  • Provide technical support to production teams to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Continuously improve design and drafting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure that designs are innovative and modern.
