About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up Lake Mary is growing and seeking a skilled, dependable cabinet painter to join our team on a temp to full time hire. This role is ideal for experienced cabinet paints, with remodeling or trim carpentry experience who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment. You’ll be completing cabinet painting and cabinet projects in residential homes throughout our community, many of them high-end. Requirements

3+ years of cabinet painting
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Proficient in: Using a paint sprayer Drilling for hinges and hardware Installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
Ability to safely operate power and battery tools including: Table saw Sander Drill Router Planer Nail gun
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and experience in cabinet installation, refacing, or trim carpentry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete projects according to instructions provided by the Project Manager
Experience prepping, priming, and painting cabinet doors
Remove and install: Cabinet doors and drawer fronts Trim and moldings Hardware
Drill for hinges and install doors and drawer fronts accurately
Install roll-out trays and cabinet accessories
Follow Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every job site
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily
Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
