About The Position

Valley Cabinet Inc. is a family-owned and operated company providing custom wood cabinetry from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The company transforms select hardwoods into quality cabinetry for homes, offices, and businesses. Valley Cabinet is seeking a Cabinet Installer to join their team. This role involves providing the highest level of installation standards while maintaining a professional attitude and utmost respect for the customer’s property.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Complete cabinet installation from start to finish with confidence in accordance with Valley Cabinet’s standard operating procedures
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Travel to job sites and install various size cabinetry fixtures, moldings, and hardware using carpentry tools and wood working machines
  • Measure and mark for product installation
  • Trim, cut, fill, seal, and level during installation
  • Perform various hanging, adjusting, and fastening tasks to complete installation work
  • Carrying and raise cabinets and materials, overhead or floor level work
  • Safely operate various pieces of equipment and tools
  • Other duties as assigned
