About The Position

As a Cabinet Designer, you will manage new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery, working with builders, contractors, and homeowners to design interior spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, and bars. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, performing job site measurements, designing, and closing sales. Success requires a design background, proven sales strategies, strong relationship-building skills, prompt follow-through, and excellent communication. Compensation includes salary plus uncapped commission.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
  • Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
  • Strong math skills for quoting
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery
  • Work directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners to design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.)
