Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain all cabanas and service areas ensuring they are clean, neat and organized Attend quarterly alcohol compliance training courses on-site Provide superior customer service, taking orders accurately and delivering menu items quickly and efficiently Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly while maintaining legal age requirements Being knowledgeable of all menu items Maintain a safe work environment for customers and other employees Obtain knowledge of facility layout and amenities to assist customers Follow all park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Approachable, outgoing and excited about upselling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff members Ability to process various forms of payment Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs Be efficient, friendly, engaging, energetic, enthusiastic and fun Physical Demands: Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds

Requirements
