About The Position
Forest Hills Country Club is a premier private club known for its welcoming membership, beautiful grounds, and commitment to exceptional service. During the summer season, our pool and cabana area becomes a vibrant gathering space for members and families. We take pride in creating a relaxed yet professional environment where hospitality and teamwork are at the center of everything we do. We are seeking energetic, service-driven Cabana Servers to join our poolside Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service to members and guests in a fast-paced, outdoor setting while upholding the club’s high service standards.
Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Comfortable working in warm weather conditions
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders promptly to cabanas and poolside seating
- Provide attentive, proactive service to ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and cabana areas
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Process member charges accurately using POS system
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
