About The Position

The Country Club of York (CCY) is seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Cabana Cook to join our summer pool team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured kitchen environment and take pride in preparing high-quality food for our members and guests. While prior kitchen experience is preferred, we place strong value on organization, consistency, attitude, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items for poolside dining in accordance with club standards
  • Plate and present food in a consistent and visually appealing manner
  • Set up and stock kitchen stations prior to service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
  • Support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Participate in daily opening and closing procedures
  • Perform other appropriate duties as assigned
