About The Position

We are seeking a Work Comp Claims Supervisor The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 4-5 adjusters, manage their caseloads, and ensure the smooth handling of workers' compensation claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of adjusters, conducting training, overseeing claim handling, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve regular communication with the team, clients, and management to ensure the smooth operation of the claims department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of workers' compensation claims handling experience
• Required licensure: SIP

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-5 adjusters, each with a caseload of 130 (Lost Time, Med-Only, and Future Med)
• Conduct new training for new adjusters
• Manage meetings and schedules
• Provide assistance to adjusters and handle tough client interactions
• Ensure compliance with client requirements
• Work closely with management to assist adjusters directly
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently and effectively
