About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support the design, implementation, and integration of our systems, ensuring they meet both current and future needs. You will get to work on unusually complex technical problems and provide highly innovative solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Experience working with Navy C4I and Space Systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically as needed

Nice To Haves

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Navy Information Operations (IO), Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) family of systems
Experience supporting Navy programs, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system specifications are met.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Assist in the design, implementation, and integration of systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer processes to support government personnel.
Capability development, integration with DoW, DoN systems
Work with the requirement business owners to understand needs and translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
During release development, assist systems integration and testing activities, including documentation and reporting of results
Collaborate with customers, developers, and testers to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful system deployments
Domestic project travel may be required.
