Supports integration, testing, and operational sustainment of Marine Corps command and control capabilities. The selected candidate will work within a dynamic test and engineering environment and will play a key role in ensuring ground and aviation systems exchange data reliably, remain interoperable, and are ready to support the mission. This position requires a blend of systems administration expertise, network troubleshooting ability, and operational awareness. The individual must be comfortable supporting both planned events and rapid, short notice requirements in direct coordination with government stakeholders. Design and implement test architectures supporting integration of multiple ground C2 systems. Install, configure, operate, and maintain C2 applications including TAC, MSS, JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, and associated systems. Integrate ground and aviation C2 data exchanges to enable a common operational picture. Provide real time troubleshooting of systems and networks during test, evaluation, and engineering events. Administer Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware ESXi, and Android based platforms. Configure, maintain, and optimize virtualized server and client environments. Provide Marine Corps operational perspective during planning meetings, technical exchanges, and execution activities. Interface directly with customers to clarify requirements, define problems, and develop effective solutions. Provide recommendations to improve architecture, interoperability, and readiness. Review test plans, procedures, and technical documentation, and provide detailed written feedback. Capture discrepancies, document resolutions, and support after action reporting. Deliver on site operational assistance and user level training as required. Support FMF operations, system integration, engineering efforts, and formal test events.
