This Position reports to: Customer Experience Continuous Improvement Manager In this role, you will support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for the local sales and operations teams within the HUB Americas, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement, IT and process solutions. You will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also develop, deploy, train and lead projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
