About The Position

The C&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits framework and leading payroll system reforms specifically for factory operations. This role combines strategic data analysis with hands-on system implementation to ensure market competitiveness, operational efficiency, and legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Data modeling, Power Query) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of factory payroll logic (piece-rate, overtime, shift differentials).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FRAMEWORK MANAGEMENT
  • Annual Cycles: Lead the annual merit review process, including salary adjustments and bonus distributions.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market benchmarking analysis to ensure Salcomp’s total rewards package remains competitive.
  • Budget Control: Monitor labor costs and manage the annual C&B budget to ensure financial alignment with corporate goals.
  • Benefits Optimization: Manage comprehensive benefit programs, including flexible benefits, supplemental insurance, and annuity plans, to enhance employee value proposition and experience.
  • FACTORY PAYROLL & INDUSTRIAL REFORM
  • System Integration: Lead transformation projects for factory C&B systems, focusing on the seamless integration of Time & Attendance (T&A) with payroll.
  • Factory Logic Configuration: Systematize complex piece-rate pay schemes and configure logic for multi-shift scheduling.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Streamline factory payroll processes through automation to reduce manual errors and lead time.
  • Strategic Expansion Support: Provide expert C&B system setup support for factory mergers, relocations, or the establishment of new manufacturing sites.
  • DATA ANALYTICS & DECISION SUPPORT
  • Insight Modeling: Build advanced compensation data models and generate periodic insight reports for senior management.
  • Automation: Utilize BI tools and HRIS modules to automate reporting, providing data-driven support for HR strategy and business decisions.
  • COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure all C&B policies and system configurations comply with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Conduct regular internal audits on payroll data and system access to mitigate financial and legal risks.
