About The Position

The BXCI Finance Summer Analyst Program seeks to offer comprehensive experience to college juniors who are interested in a career in credit finance. Our program is designed to develop talent as well as identify top candidates for the full-time BXCI Finance Analyst position. The Summer Analyst program offers hands-on experience across BXCI Finance, where Analysts will have direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, development opportunities and targeted training to enhance technical, analytical and communication skills. Summer Analysts will be placed in one of the following groups within BXCI Finance for the duration of the program: • BXCI Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • BCRED (Blackstone Private Credit Fund) • BXSL (Blackstone Secured Lending) There will be a variety of projects and responsibilities available to the Summer Analyst depending on the group they are placed in, including, but not limited to performing financial analyses, maintaining financial models, forecasting P&L and capital metrics, performance tracking, quarterly management reporting, and quarterly SEC reporting.

Requirements

Strong academic record
Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Collaborative team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Adapts effectively to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
Strong work ethic, professional integrity, a positive attitude, and genuine passion for excellence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
Anticipated graduation date: December 2026 – May 2027
