About The Position

Our operations rely on strong purchasing, supplier coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless project execution. As a Buying/Procurement, you are creating, sending, and following up on purchase orders while coordinating with suppliers on RFQs, onboarding, and delivery status. You are managing priorities, resolving issues, updating data in the ERP system, and ensuring smooth communication with AP and accounting teams. You are contributing to daily office operations, supporting administrative tasks, and documenting procedures to improve workflow efficiency. You are playing a key role in supporting projects and ensuring accurate and timely procurement.

Requirements

  • Have experience in purchasing, preferably with electronics, and experience working with suppliers.
  • Have advanced computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
  • Have the ability to work independently and multi‑task effectively.
  • Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Have strong problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, sending, and following up on purchase orders.
  • Working with suppliers on RFQs, onboarding, PO delivery dates, and completion updates.
  • Managing priorities, resolving problems, and adjusting deliveries as needed.
  • Using and updating supplier and procurement data in the ERP system.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues.
  • Suggesting process improvements and documenting procedures.
  • Communicating with colleagues and accounting regarding PO and parts status.
  • Contributing to office projects and processes as part of the daily team.
  • Performing and assisting with general administrative tasks.
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned.
