What You’ll Do Lead inventory and direct materials purchasing for the assigned plant location Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and drive cost reduction initiatives Place, enter, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP/MRP system Administer Kanban orders for both inventory and MRO purchasing Monitor supplier performance, maintain accurate data, and support supplier scorecards Track deliveries, expedite or de-expedite orders, and resolve delivery issues Coordinate Vendor Corrective Action Requests (VCARs) Arrange returns for rejected or excess materials Support forecasting, inventory management, and both strategic and tactical purchasing activities Improve and streamline purchasing and data entry processes Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of purchasing processes and data entry Intermediate Excel skills Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (Infor/XA preferred) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Adobe knowledge is a plus D365 experience preferred Ability to analyze data and implement strategies aligned with business goals Strong organizational skills and follow-through on tasks Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision benefits 401(k) with company matching Career growth opportunities as the role evolves with new ERP capabilities Exposure to strategic sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of purchasing processes and data entry
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (Infor/XA preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze data and implement strategies aligned with business goals
Strong organizational skills and follow-through on tasks
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Adobe knowledge is a plus
D365 experience preferred

Responsibilities
