About The Position

We are seeking a Buyer to: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, support Service departments and supplier representatives. Manage purchasing activities including processing requisitions to purchase orders, monitor purchase order life cycle, obtaining quotations, match exception resolution, order acknowledgments, order expediting, back order management, all in a timely and accurate manner. Meet metric expectations that are outlined for the role – ie - match exceptions, accruals, change orders, aging open orders. Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 2 years Purchasing related experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business or related field Preferred
  • Work experience in a Health Care Procurement setting Preferred
  • Enterprise Resource Planning System Preferred
  • Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) Preferred
