Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 1 year of experience in purchasing/supply chain Required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain relative business degree Preferred
- Medical product familiarity Preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing the daily activities of purchase order composition, order management, pricing, order placement and invoice resolution
- Maintaining awareness of product changes and Piedmont Healthcare contracted services and products
- Identifies vendor and product standardization opportunities, contract and cost savings opportunities and maximizes contracted service providers across all facilities of Piedmont Healthcare.
