Administrative and Support Services

Procures supplies, services and equipment for SHS using established policies, procedures & systems. Acts as a resource for customers and staff for all services provided by the department. SHS Materials Management Departments are responsible for the supply chain needs of the enterprise. The department provides stewardship of resources and includes the leadership in the areas of purchasing, receiving, distribution and inventory control.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity.
  • One (1) year experience in SHS Materials Management.
  • Experience or training in computer applications required.
  • Experience or training in MS Office preferred.
  • Experience or training in maintenance, electronic and medical terminology preferred.
