The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $69,740 - $89,082.40. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Buyer! The Production Planning department is responsible for facilitating the requisition of production supplies and materials used in S&C’s products, including ordering, contracting, and managing relationships with suppliers. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that production teams receive the supplies and materials they require in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role collaborates with leadership, production, and non-production teams to understand production material needs and adjust procurement scheduling accordingly while adhering to function standards and S&C Policies & Procedures.
