As a Buyer Team Lead, you will assist in the following activities: leading a team of buyers, overseeing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and developing purchasing strategies, while also mentoring and coaching team members to achieve organizational goals. This position works closely with sales, customer service, logistics, accounts payable, and our corporate inventory management and leadership teams to drive profitability enhancement and sales growth opportunities; it also includes maintaining inventory levels for strategic accounts.
