Requirements

Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Experience with international buying and supply chain risk management.
Strong forecasting abilities and comfort with change‑management processes.
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in roles such as Supplier Relationship Manager, Vendor Manager, Procurement Specialist, or Category Manager.

Nice To Haves

Back ground in medical devices, regulated industries, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
Creative thinker who can challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas.
Experience working across multiple organizations is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Issue purchase orders to suppliers, with a focus on direct purchasing and international procurement.
Maintain steady communication with suppliers, primarily through email, with occasional phone outreach when needed.
Oversee and support end‑to-end supply chain activities, identifying changes, delays, or risks and escalating them internally.
Drive pricing updates or reductions when appropriate, and take initiative to learn product details to better support sourcing needs.
Build, manage, and maintain strong supplier relationships with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
