What we Offer: Medical Insurance 100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance 401K with Employer Contribution Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Education Reimbursement (related field) Employee Referral Program and Recognition Program Paid Holidays and 15 Paid Time-Off Days annually Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in purchasing materials, supplies and services at the most favorable terms for the organization - Qualifies vendors, evaluates bids and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. - Tracks purchases, monitors vendors quality and maintains a current database - Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing material and repairs to support material programs. - Assist on the evaluation of available inventory in the marketplace. - Ensuring that all purchases have documentation that meet AerSale's Quality requirements. - Reporting on PO activity as required by Management. - Preparing and distributing Vendor Management reports. - Reviewing existing orders and expediting as needed. - Updating the POs with current price and delivery status. - Interface with Program Management regarding market availability of material and coordinating purchases for customer programs. - Complying with Corporate Purchasing policies, procedures and guidelines. - Coordinate with Corporate Quality to ensure that vendors and purchases meet company requirements - Clerical duties include but are not limited to screening phone calls, filing & scanning
