Requirements

• Associates Degree – w/ technical background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing supply chain

Responsibilities

• Process and expedite Domestic/International purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Assist VMI suppliers with up-to-date orders and requirements
• Logistic Clearance Issues
• Post shipment documentation
• Proactively identify and communicate delay of deliveries
• Provide assistance to accounting relating to accrued receipt issues and invoice discrepancies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal teams to support projects
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs and part specifications
• Maintain Supplier Quality Certs (ITAR, NADCAP, ISO)
