Our culture is welcoming, inclusive, and people ‑ first—where individuality is celebrated, ideas are encouraged, and leaders actively support growth and development. Come join our team as a Buyer. The Nordstrom Buyer directs the content strategy, product selection, and use of customer and trend information to support the merchandise strategies of the division. The Buyer partners with the Assortment Planner to achieve financial objectives. Specifically, the Buyer and the Assortment Planner are jointly accountable to meet and exceed departmental sales volume, merch ‑ margin ‑ return ‑ on ‑ investment (MMROI), and deliver against EBIT company targets.
