About The Position

As part of our Activation & Optimization team—the Operators and Negotiators—you bring strategy to life through thoughtful investment, precise execution, and strong partnership. This team sits at the center of where decisions turn into outcomes—ensuring every impression is intentional, accountable, and built to perform. In this role, you deepen your craft in digital investment—leading buys across OTT, CTV, OLV, Audio, and Direct IO while balancing negotiation, optimization, and performance. You translate strategy into action, connect data to decisions, and help shape how media investments drive measurable impact for our clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in digital media buying, planning, or investment.
  • Strong understanding of media math, pricing models, and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and building collaborative, trust-based partnerships.
  • Analytical strength with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Structured, concise communication skills that drive alignment and clarity across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A proactive, curious mindset grounded in accountability, learning, and improving the work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of digital media investments with clarity, discipline, and a focus on performance.
  • Negotiate and execute digital media buys across OTT, CTV, OLV, Audio, and Direct IO, ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, and client priorities.
  • Maintain campaigns within DigiPro and related systems with precision—tracking budgets, updates, optimizations, and delivery details.
  • Translate client goals and audience insights into actionable, well-structured buying approaches grounded in sound media math.
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance daily—identifying optimization opportunities and partnering across teams to act quickly and effectively.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, evaluating opportunities through a lens of curiosity, performance, and long-term partnership value.
  • Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation processes, maintaining clean documentation and financial accountability.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with Supervisors, Directors, and cross-functional teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.
  • Stay informed on the evolving digital landscape, including platform capabilities, measurement approaches, and emerging marketplace trends.
