Requirements

Hospitality-oriented
Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
Able to handle difficult situations effectively
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guests' service needs upon arrival.
Provide personalized and dedicated service to all designated guest suites and rooms, along with exclusive premium services.
Handle guest requests, assisting with logistics and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Assist with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations to enrich the guest experience.
Deliver amenities, food, and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring service meets high standards.
Communicate guest preferences to the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are prepared to their liking.
Perform all tasks in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
Stay informed about daily hotel operations, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and stay abreast of all changes, new procedures, and events.
Follow all company safety and health policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to supervisor.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
