About The Position

The Busser assists the servers with clearing tables, and stocking supplies and condiment stations, while maintaining a friendly and professional image. Position works between Wendover Nugget & Red Garter, if/as needed.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Current WA State Health Food Handlers Card.
• Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently
• Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions
• Understands guest’s service needs
• Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly

Responsibilities

• Remove soiled plates, glasses and silverware and take to the kitchen and separate.
• Place condiments, creamer at tables, and move waitress/waiter tips to the front of the table for pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors throughout shift, especially the buffet area, and mop at the end of shift.
• Reset all tables properly, including salt, pepper and sugar holders.
• Assist servers as needed.
