The Busser must be energetic, possess excellent foot speed, and display a friendly demeanor. This role works closely with servers and bartenders to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner. The position is responsible for ensuring impeccable cleanliness of the bar, executing food & beverage service according to standards, and adhering to food safety standards. Additionally, the Busser must clear tables, assist servers and/or bartenders during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, run food, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
