About The Position

The Busser plays an essential role in creating a clean, welcoming environment for every guest at Over Easy. By keeping tables cleared, dining areas spotless, and supporting the service team, Bussers help ensure each guest enjoys a smooth and comfortable dining experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.

Requirements

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a valid Food Handlers’ certification.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Efficient and detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs.
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station.
• Clean and clear tables between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
