About The Position
At our esteemed Chandler Steakhouse, Busser/Runner plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the restaurant, ensuring that tables and dining areas meet health standards. Key responsibilities include removing dirty dishes, supplying clean dishware, and collaborating with Food Servers to deliver exceptional guest service efficiently. Candidates should have at least one (1+) year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting, where they have honed their cleaning, organizational, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Busser or Food Runner in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining restaurant is preferred
- Able and willing to work Part-Time scheduling which consists of 6-10hr shifts, Tues-Thurs 3:30PM-10:30 PM and Fri-Sat 3:30PM-11:30 PM, weekends and holidays are included
Nice To Haves
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Busser or Food Runner in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining restaurant is preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage stations.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and all required equipment.
- Keep floors free of debris and spills; sweep, mop, and empty garbage as needed.
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with stock rotation.
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom.
- Deliver food as needed and support Food Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
