Restocks the dining area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen. Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the venue is open.
Requirements
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience preferred
- Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Stock ice and paper supplies
- Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clears floor of all table and trays
- Retrieve tables/ trays from guest floor corridors always taking guest safety into account
- Breakdown all dirty trays & carts (organized by trash, china, glass and silverware)
- Maintain par stocks of food (condiments etc.), china, glassware and silverware in the BOH on daily basis
- Restock refrigerators & freezers in work area daily
- Complete weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Practicing clean as you go
- Notify management of any maintenance repair issues
- Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
- Check with supervisor before leaving at end of shift
